该废水COD浓度高,LAS浓度高,且水质波动较大;在该预处理系统建设前,处理系统往往有大量泡沫溢出,系统不能稳定运行。采用水池收集后,预处理系统主要采用混凝沉淀,大大降低废水中的COD及LAS,保障了后续系统的稳定运行。
The wastewater exhibits high COD concentration, high LAS (Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate) concentration, and significant water quality fluctuations. Prior to the implementation of this pretreatment system, the treatment process frequently experienced substantial foam overflow and unstable operation. By adopting a collection tank followed by a pretreatment system primarily utilizing coagulation-sedimentation, the COD and LAS levels in the wastewater are significantly reduced, ensuring stable operation of downstream treatment systems.
